sgajewski.com, including the Family Memories application, is a private, invitation-only website run by Sean Gajewski for his family. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by the site administrator for family members only. Keep your password to yourself.
- Only share recordings, photos, and stories that you have the right to share and that your family would be comfortable seeing.
- The administrator may edit, remove, or archive content, and may close accounts, at his discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you record, write, or upload. You give the family permission to view, listen to, transcribe, and keep it as part of the shared family record. Ask the administrator if you want something removed.
Text message (SMS) program terms
Program name: Family Memories notifications, sent by Sean Gajewski.
What you receive: a short text when a family member sends you a question in Family Memories, and occasionally a reminder about a question still waiting. Messages are sent from our toll-free number.
- How you opt in: by ticking "Text me when a family member sends me a question" on your family profile, either yourself or by asking the administrator to do it for you while you are present. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using the site.
- Message frequency: varies; typically a few messages a month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. You may also untick the consent box on your profile.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email sean@sgajewski.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Availability
This is a hobby site run in spare time. It may be offline, change, or lose data without notice. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
